Title: Executive - Finance & Accounts

Location: Vadodara (Onsite)

Shift: 11am - 8pm/ 9am - 6pm IST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive invoices from procurement and other internal team
  • Verify invoice with necessary supporting documentation like Purchase order/Agreement, Challan, approvals etc.
  • Payments to vendors on time and as per payment terms
  • Employee reimbursement payments
  • Accurate booking of expense as per organizations requirement in different cost/project/Geo locations
  • Vendor Ledger reconciliation
  • GST mismatch cases of vendors and follow-up with vendors to resolve the same
  • Bank Reconciliation Statement
  • Providing Details & supporting to Auditors for various Audits
  • Providing various details & supporting, assisting in various GST related notices
  • Other country related work will be also needs to be managed like Philippines, EU, etc..

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, BBA/MBA or CA intermediate

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to deal with people effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Capability to handle and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and records.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
