Graphic Designer (Minimum 1–3 Years Experience | AI Tools Expertise)

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles, branding, and digital marketing creatives, along with hands-on expertise in AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design high-quality visual content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver impactful designs aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Leverage AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Figma AI plugins, etc.) to generate concepts, speed up workflows, and enhance creativity.
  • Develop branding assets, campaign creatives, infographics, UI/UX design elements, and motion graphics when required.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI design trends, automation tools, and emerging creative technologies.
  • Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD) and Figma.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools and knowledge of prompt-based design workflows.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
  • Ability to transform concepts into visually compelling and market-ready designs.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
