**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:

- Develop and write engaging content for blogs, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Create video scripts, social media captions, and compelling ad copy.
- Assist in content planning and strategy to enhance audience engagement.
- Research industry trends and integrate them into content strategies.

**Graphic Design**:

- Design and create visual assets such as infographics, logos, banners, product mockups, and social media graphics.
- Develop visually appealing presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Edit and enhance images/videos to align with brand aesthetics.
- Maintain consistency in visual branding across all platforms.

**Visual Storytelling & Branding**:

- Incorporate design elements that enhance storytelling within written and video content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create content that aligns with brand identity and messaging.
- Optimize content and visuals for various platforms, including social media, websites, and digital ads.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Content Creator, Graphic Designer, or similar role**.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva**.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of visual communication principles and current design trends.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative marketing materials.
- Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing best practices.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (Preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Copywriting & Editing, SEO Knowledge, Scriptwriting, Social Media Content Creation, Content Strategy & Planning

**Graphic Design Skills**
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Basic Video Editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva), Image Editing & Retouching, Typography & Layout Design,

**Digital Marketing & Branding Skills**
- Brand Storytelling, Understanding of Digital Marketing Trends, Social Media Management Tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite), Basic UI/UX Design

**Soft Skills & Collaboration**
- Creativity & Innovation, Time Management & Multitasking, Attention to Detail, Communication & Teamwork
- Motion Graphics & Animation, Web Design & CMS (WordPress, Webflow), Analytics & Performance Tracking (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
