Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Develop eye-catching visual content for online platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.

Design graphics for promotional materials, digital advertisements, brochures, and infographics.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Video Editing:

Edit high-quality videos for promotional content, tutorials, and training materials.

Work with raw footage to create seamless, visually appealing video content that aligns with our brand message and objectives.

Implement motion graphics, animations, and sound design using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere.

Ensure that video content is optimized for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels.

Creative Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and develop creative solutions.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for visual and video content.

Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the overall look and feel of campaigns.

File Management & Organization:

Maintain organized project files and assets for easy access and future reference.

Ensure that design and video files are prepared and formatted correctly for distribution on various platforms.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing.

Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere.

Creative Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and video editing techniques.

Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver high-quality, error-free designs and video edits under tight deadlines.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating previous work in both graphic design and video editing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with digital marketing teams or in an e-learning environment.

Knowledge of other tools such as Adobe Animate, Audition, or Final Cut Pro is a plus.

A good understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content creation.
