Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Customer Care Executive to join our team at AMAR CARS PVT. LTD. in Vapi. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service within the retail motor vehicles industry. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with a 100% satisfaction rate.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about products and services available at AMAR CARS PVT. LTD.
  • Resolve customer complaints by conducting thorough investigations, proposing effective solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management system.
