Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counsellor/Sr. Counsellor/Asst. Manager at IDP Education Ltd, located in Bengaluru East. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing expert advice to students and their families regarding international education, facilitating the enrollment processes, and supporting students in their journey abroad. The role also includes maintaining relationships with educational institutions, conducting presentations and seminars, and staying updated with the latest trends and policies in international education. Effective communication and excellent customer service are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing educational counsel and guiding students through enrollment processes
- Strong relationship-building skills with educational institutions and stakeholders
- Excellent presentation and seminar facilitation skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of international education trends and policies
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
