We are seeking an experienced and passionate On-Floor Sales Executive to join our luxury furniture and décor showroom. This role demands a confident, customer-oriented professional who can deliver an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the elegance and exclusivity of our brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for aesthetics, strong sales acumen and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in clients with warmth, professionalism and personalized service.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored furniture and décor solutions, including space planning or product styling suggestions.
  • Present and demonstrate product features, material quality and craftsmanship, highlighting the luxury aspects of the offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations and post-sale services.
  • Coordinate with the design and operations team to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and installation.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, design trends, materials, and competitors to deliver informed consultations.
  • Maintain showroom presentation standards, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively at all times.
  • Capture and manage client data for CRM and future business opportunities.
  • Attend in-store events and product launches, acting as a brand ambassador.

Requirements:

  • Experience in premium or luxury retail sales; experience in furniture, décor, or interior design is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Presentable, well-groomed and confident in dealing with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Sales-driven with a consultative approach to customer service.
  • Ability to understand floor plans and spatial arrangements is an added advantage.

Immediate joiners preferred

Weekly off - Friday.

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
