Inside Sales Executive
to join our team and help us accelerate growth by converting leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and nurture sales leads through calls, emails, and social channels.
- Pitch Get Swipte's products/services to potential customers with a consultative approach.
- Schedule product demos and follow up to close deals.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Work closely with the marketing team to convert inbound leads into opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 6 months - 2 years of experience in inside sales/telesales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to handle objections.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
