Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Development Manager (Personal & Beauty Care) located in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will oversee the development of innovative personal care and beauty products from concept to launch. Day-to-day tasks include leading research and development efforts, designing formulations, managing projects, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that align with market demands and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) for product innovation and formulation
  • Expertise in Food Technology and Food Science, specifically applicable to personal and beauty care products
  • Strong Project Management skills for handling development lifecycles and ensuring timely product launches
  • Familiarity with the Food Industry and related regulatory standards
  • Knowledge of Ayurveda and natural product formulations is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as Food Technology, Cosmetic Science, or relevant
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of Ayurvedic herbs, oils, and traditional formulations
  • Technical knowledge of formulation chemistry and stability
  • Familiarity with AYUSH and BIS regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Creative and innovation-driven mindset
  • Strong vendor management and commercialization capability
  • Good understanding of clean, natural, and sustainable product trends
