Job Role: Junior Web Developer & Digital Marketing Content Creator

Location: Hyderabad

About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Junior Web Developer & Digital Marketing Content Creator to enhance our web presence, strengthen brand visibility, and support creative digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Web Development & Maintenance

  • Maintain, update, and optimize the Clovertex website across service and product lines.
  • Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to publish new service pages, case studies, and announcements.
  • Troubleshoot UI/UX or backend website issues and deploy timely fixes.
  • Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices to improve rankings and visibility.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  • Create engaging content for website, social media, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Support social media scheduling, posting, engagement monitoring, and performance analytics.
  • Assist in running digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Design visual content including banners, promotional creatives, and short form videos.
  • Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and identity across digital platforms.

Branding & Creative Strategy

  • Contribute new ideas for digital brand storytelling and engagement.
  • Take part in brainstorming sessions for brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Support internal communications, product launch updates, and corporate events.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in web development and/or digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and working experience with WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and performance tracking tools.
  • Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for design and content creation.
  • Strong written communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
