Job Summary

  • Tendering & Proposal making by using technical knowledge along with sales skills on a range of products
  • Convert sales enquiries in orders by making & providing client presentations with optimum techno-commercial proposal

Key Accountabilities

Proposals

  • To understand the client requirement correctly from sales team / Manager / directly from Client to be able to convert it in a quotation
  • Preparation of rough size estimation of Panel and accessories
  • Preparing quotation including BOM,SYSCON etc.
  • Initiate proposal process, preparation of techno-commercial bids, to participate in pre bid discussion, negotiating proposal and finalization to meet both client and company needs
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to the client
  • Preparing all quotations using First Time Right Approach
  • Assist the manager in analysing costs and sales
  • Working on after-sales support services
  • Coordinate with SCM team & projects team for all documentation and compliance of Projects as per received / client accepted quote

Technical & Essential Skills

  • Software- MS excel, MS word, power point, MS Outlook
  • Knowledge of VFDs, Soft starters, IMCC products including installation, commissioning & troubleshooting for the same
  • Knowledge of Rockwell Products
  • Installation knowledge of Rockwell software
  • Downloading control system Programs
  • Knowledge of Field Instruments, Erection Hardware
