EA to the CEO Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and Meetings.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
  • Prepare & edit correspondence, prepare Agenda and Minutes of the meetings, reports, presentations, and other documents as required, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Calendar Management, Travel Arrangements and Hotel bookings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills in all interactions.
  • Follow up on various tasks, taking reports/updates from different departments.
  • Verifying & checking the documents before giving them for signing.
  • Research work and Preparing reports for CEO.Maintain and organize electronic and paper files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information when needed.
  • Maintain records of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
