Responsibilities:

Assist with the below activities –

  • Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives that support the TSAT Assam's overall mission, vision, and goals.

  • Market & Opportunity Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with various departments and stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are well-integrated and supported across the organization.

  • Project Management:

Oversee the execution of initiatives, ensuring they stay on track, within budget, and deliver desired outcomes.

  • Performance Monitoring:

Establish metrics and track the progress and success of strategic initiatives, reporting on their impact to leadership.

  • Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate potential risks that could hinder the successful execution of strategic plans.
