Job Title: Digital Solution & IT Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

The Digital Solution & IT Executive supports the execution of IT and digital transformation initiatives in GC India, under the guidance of the Digital Solutions & IT Manager, ASIA. This role involves assisting in project planning and execution, managing core infrastructure systems, and providing technical support aligned with GC Asias strategic direction. Key Responsibilities

Project Support & Execution (35%)

- Assist in planning, proposing, and executing IT and digital projects based on GC Asias direction.

- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

- Maintain project documentation and status reports.

Regional Collaboration Infrastructure & Technical Operations (35%)

- Work closely with the GC Asia IT Manager to support GCIAG projects and initiatives.

- Support infrastructure and upgrades, deployments, and maintenance tasks.

- Provide remote support to other GC Asia locations when required.

Daily IT Operations (30%)

- Act as the on-site Ordinator for IT operations in GC India. Including IT Assets Management & Lifecycle

- Support onboarding/offboarding processes, device provisioning, and asset tracking.

- Collaborate with the Service Desk team to resolve escalated issues.

-Other adhoc task assign by IT Manager, ASIA

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skillset

- Experience with Active Directory (user/group management, GPOs).

- Basic server and network administration (Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).

- Understanding of endpoint security and patch management Good to have

- Understanding of Web & Domain hosting Good to have

Project & Communication Skills

- Ability to manage small-scale IT projects and coordinate with stakeholders.

- Strong documentation and reporting skills.

- Good communication and teamwork across departments and regions.
