About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Magento Developer with strong problem-solving and analytical skills to join our technical support team. In this role, you will handle complex troubleshooting for Magento-based eCommerce platforms, working on web server configurations, performance issues, and production incidents.

This is a hands-on technical support role — ideal for someone who understands Magento inside-out and enjoys diagnosing and resolving real-world issues rather than building features from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical contact for Magento eCommerce issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, configuration, and integration.
  • Analyze server logs, database performance, and application errors to identify root causes.
  • Work in Linux-based environments managing Apache/Nginx, Redis, and caching layers.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to drive issues to closure within SLAs.
  • Perform Magento patching, upgrades, module installation, and environment validation.
  • Document issue resolutions and maintain a knowledge base for recurring incidents.
  • Participate in on-call rotations or extended-hour support when required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Magento (1.x or 2.x).
  • Solid understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong expertise in Linux server administration, Apache/Nginx, and database optimization.
  • Knowledge of Redis, CDN, DNS, SSL, and caching mechanisms.
  • Experience in analyzing Magento logs, exception reports, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and basic scripting for automation or diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento Commerce Cloud).
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes, containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), or DevOps tooling.
  • Magento certification or contribution to Magento open-source projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
