Magento - PHP Developer

We are hiring to build a very strong technical team for the growth of our organization. We offer a very friendly and encouraging atmosphere for you to ideate and develop your skills. You will be working with very qualified and experienced pool of people to drive RetailOn projects. You will have to collaborate with the Project Manager to understand client's business requirements. You will be required to take charge and be responsible for the ongoing IT Solutions development / integration using the PHP in a Magento. Candidate is required to establish a team and should have strong inter-personal skills with ability to work & deliver. 

· Confirm project requirements by reviewing program objective, input data, and output requirements with analyst, supervisor, and client.

· Arrange project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing a work flow & diagram / documentation

· Programming & Testing of the Code written to perform what is needed to be accomplished by the code.

· Documentation & reference preparation for users by writing operating instructions including changes documentation & historical records & revisions.

· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work with client and project Manager on the work package effort estimation

· Develop customized Magento solutions

· Reverse engineer for debugging errors in code

Qualification:

· Masters or Bachelors Degree in Computer/IT

· years of Magento Development experience

Desired Skills:

You should have a minimum of 2-3 years of good hands on experience with

· Implementation & Use of current release of Magento

· Good command over AJAX & Database SQL programming.

· Experience with PHP Programming on Magento and other OpenSource Tools

· Magento Architecture

· Design, Software Algorithm Design & Development Fundamentals

· Problem Solving & Debugging in the Live Environment

· Software Documentation & Software Testing

· Applied knowledge of PHP

· Knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, AJAX

· Good Knowledge of object oriented programming

· Understanding of MVC design patterns and frameworks (CodeIgniter / Zend)

· Knowledge in javascript libraries (Jquery, Prototype)

· Understanding of web services/payment gateways

· Experience in website development using php, Mysql

· Understanding of open source applications such as wordpress/Drupal/Joomla/Modx, Magento/zen cart/Oscommerce
