Key Responsibilities
  • B2B & B2C Sales: Industrial clients, builders, factories, hospitals, and commercial establishments ke liye lead generation aur sales execution.
  • Lead Generation: Cold calling, client visits, and referrals ke through potential customers dhoondhna.
  • Client Meetings & Presentations: Diesel generators ke features, pricing, aur benefits explain karna.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Customer ki requirements ko samajhna aur best pricing aur service solutions offer karna.
  • Relationship Management: Existing clients ke saath long-term relations maintain karna aur repeat business lana.
  • Market Research: Competitors aur industry trends ka analysis karna aur sales strategy improve karna.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate (MBA preferred, lekin experience wale bhi apply kar sakte hain).
  • Excellent English & Hindi Communication (client meetings ke liye strong speaking skills hone chahiye).
  • Field Sales Experience (diesel generators ya industrial equipment ka experience preferred hai).
  • Negotiation & Convincing Skills (deal closure aur pricing discussion ke liye).
  • Self-Motivated & Target-Oriented (achievable sales targets ke saath kaam karne ki ability).
  • Basic Computer Knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, Email drafting).
  • Willingness to Travel (field visits aur client meetings ke liye).
