Job Summary

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer (Fresher) who holds a valid CCNA certification and has a passion for networking technologies. The candidate will assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructure and support day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
  • Monitor network performance and provide support for connectivity or latency issues.
  • Help maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
  • Work with senior engineers to implement and test network security solutions.
  • Support end-users in diagnosing network-related issues.
  • Document network configurations, IP schemas, and maintenance logs.
  • Stay updated with the latest Cisco networking tools and technologies.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing protocols (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP).
  • Familiarity with Cisco routers and switches.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced networking environment.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

  • Knowledge of network security basics (firewalls, ACLs, VPNs).
  • Basic understanding of cloud networking (AWS / Azure).
  • Familiarity with Linux or Windows Server environments.
