Job Summary
We are looking for a Network Support Engineer (Fresher) who holds a valid CCNA certification and has a passion for networking technologies. The candidate will assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructure and support day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Monitor network performance and provide support for connectivity or latency issues.
- Help maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
- Work with senior engineers to implement and test network security solutions.
- Support end-users in diagnosing network-related issues.
- Document network configurations, IP schemas, and maintenance logs.
- Stay updated with the latest Cisco networking tools and technologies.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing protocols (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP).
- Familiarity with Cisco routers and switches.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced networking environment.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
- Knowledge of network security basics (firewalls, ACLs, VPNs).
- Basic understanding of cloud networking (AWS / Azure).
- Familiarity with Linux or Windows Server environments.

Pay: ₹12, ₹43,242.97 per month
