Skills Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources (recruitment, operations, or generalist profile).
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and HR operations.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a professional setup.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internal communication tools.
  • Self-driven and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic startup environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, handle candidate communication, and collect feedback.
  • Maintain and update HR records, databases, and documentation.
  • Support onboarding processes and employee joining formalities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in all HR operations.
  • Assist with HR operations, including leave management and attendance tracking.
