Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in B.tech Mandatory.
- 0.6 to 2 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably for engineering or technical roles.
- Familiarity with US time zones, work culture, and hiring practices.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a results-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Hydro industry requirements.
- Knowledge of engineering terminologies and skill sets.
- Experience working in VMS (Vendor Management System) or client-driven environments.
