End-to-end recruitment
Good communication Skills are a must.
- responsible for handling IT requirements fromUSbased clients
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
- Accountable for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status**Education**: (Any Graduate or Post Graduate can apply)- Should have good communication & interpersonal skills
- Should have a basic understanding of recruitment
- Basic Knowledge of US Tax & Visa terms would be an added advantage
