Role & responsibilities
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter with 1 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the entire recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and placing qualified technical professionals across various domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements from US clients or account managers.
- Source potential candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and schedule technical interviews.
- Negotiate pay rates and confirm candidate availability.
- Maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates.
- Build and manage a pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements.
- Ensure compliance with various US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099, etc.).
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job portals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with implementation partners like HCL, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, etc.
- Knowledge of IT domains such as Cloud, DevOps, Java, Data Engineering, etc.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Orwin).
- Bachelors degree in IT or a related field (preferred).
