Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare Payroll, Financials, MIS, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements and Cash Flow Statements and other statements.
  • Manage Financial Audits and work with Internal Auditors and External Auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Calculation and filing on time Advance Tax, TDS, GST, ITC/ RoDTEP / export incentives and any other statutory compliances.
  • Attention and follow up International Trade Regulations, Finance Principles, Risk Management and Accuracy in Trade Documentations.
  • Prepare and manage finance products and instruments, including Letters of Credit, Guarantees, and Export Credit Insurance.
  • Attend meeting with Statutory Officials to resolve the problems, if any.

Preferred candidate profile

Working exposure of International Trading /Manufacturing Industry and experience in Export Documentation.

  • Good understanding on Finance, MIS reporting, Data analysis, Variance analysis, Budget, Forecast.
  • Experience with Financial Management Software like Tally and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
