We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our Design & Technical department. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of the wire and cable industry and demonstrate strong leadership abilities.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the wire and cable industry
• Strong technical knowledge of cable design and manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee cable design projects from conception to completion
• Develop and manage product costing strategies
• Create and maintain Guaranteed Technical Parameters (GTP) documentation
• Implement and monitor quality control processes and standards
• Handle inspections from both private entities and government departments
• Liaise with EPC contractors and government departments
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Required Skills:
• Strong project management capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of cable manufacturing processes
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in relevant technical software and tools
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
