Work Hours: Rotational Shifts

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month Incentives

About Us:We are a fast-growing bakery brand in Chennai, known for delivering fresh, high-quality baked goods daily to our customers. As we expand our operations, we are looking for energetic and motivated Bakery Sales Executives to join our sales team across various locations in Chennai.

Role Overview:As a Bakery Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to promote and sell our bakery products to walk-in customers, manage product displays, and ensure excellent customer service. This is a customer-facing role ideal for candidates passionate about food, sales, and interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting bakery items and explain product features
  • Promote daily offers and upsell products to boost sales
  • Handle billing and cash/card transactions
  • Ensure product display, cleanliness, and hygiene at the sales counter
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the bakery team for restocking
  • Address customer queries and resolve minor complaints politely
  • Work in coordination with the team to achieve daily sales targets

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualification: SSLC/PUC/Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Language: Basic Tamil; English
  • Personality: Friendly, customer-focused, presentable, and energetic
  • Work Hours: Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Location Preference: Must be willing to work in any branch across Chennai
