Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Chennai-Chetpet

Experience: 0–2 years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP.
  • Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, invoices, and ledgers.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and maintain petty cash records.
  • Support in vendor & client payment follow-ups.
  • Manage travel arrangements and book tickets (bus/train/flight/hotel) as per requirement.
  • Maintain MIS reports and provide timely updates to management.
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documents.
  • Handle basic office administrative and accounting-related tasks.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Good communication & coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
