We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Digital Marketing Lead to join our team and

contribute to our digital marketing strategy. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and lead generation techniques, along with hands-on experience in social media marketing and advertising.

Role & responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns, including creation, optimization, and

performance analysis.

  1. Develop and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages to maximize ROI.

  2. Utilize Google Ads to drive various online marketing campaigns aimed at achieving specific

outcomes such as Lead Generation and MQL's.

  1. Analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to identify patterns and trends that inform digital marketing strategy.

  2. Manage and optimize display campaigns across multiple devices to enhance online visibility.

  3. Develop PPC strategies to generate leads and increase online visibility through search engine

optimization.

  1. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to formulate effective strategies for outranking competitors.

  2. Regularly monitor Google Analytics to understand traffic acquisition channels and optimize

marketing efforts accordingly.

  1. Promote brand presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Google Plus, Twitter,

LinkedIn, etc.

  1. Lead search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including PPC bid management and A/B

testing, to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, business, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics, with a Google Ads certification.

  • Demonstrated understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing

(SEM) principles.

  • Ability to produce reports and presentations for management using Word, Excel, Keynote, and

PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to achieve specific

marketing objectives.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital

marketing.
