We are looking for a dynamic and strategic finance professional to lead the finance function at a fast-growing media and entertainment organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Oversee accounting operations, including P&L, cash flow, compliance, and audits
  • Provide financial insights to support business strategy and decision-making
  • Ensure strong internal controls and risk management
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team

Requirements:

  • CA qualified with 4–5 years in financial leadership roles
  • Experience in media, entertainment, or e-commerce preferred
  • In-depth understanding of revenue models like advertising, subscription, licensing, and production
  • Proficiency in financial tools (ERP, Excel, BI tools)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
