- Has used Atlassian Jira or a similar tool to manage Scrum and Kanban process-based delivery
- Has successfully delivered public internet-accessible software products with browser and mobile clients
- Has worked with teams across global time zones
- Able to set milestones, allocate resources, and manage timelines
- Able to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Able to manage a budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimise costs
- Came through IT delivery ranks before management; has prior experience as a software Skills :

Managed delivery of applications in a major public cloud platform such as AWS
- Managed delivery of software-intensive products with browser and mobile UIs using modern technologies such as React, Angular, PHP, Java, Python, and MySQL
- Familiar with agile servant-leader mindset and can mix prescriptive guidance with removing obstacles faced by team members
