Sales Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through effective communication, negotiation, and market understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable products or services..
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales (B2B / B2C as per role).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills.
