JOB DESCRIPTION


• Develop engaging and persuasive ideas for a variety of media, including websites, social media, outdoor, live-action content and more.


• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines, ensuring all ideas align with the company's brand voice and tone.


• Conduct thorough research to gain a deep understanding of the industry, target market, and competitors, and apply this knowledge to develop impactful copy and brand strategies.


• Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that effectively communicates key messages and drives desired actions from the audience.


• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in copywriting and brand strategy, and apply this knowledge to enhance the organisation's marketing and branding efforts.


• Conduct regular analysis/evaluation of copy and brand performance, utilising data-driven insights to optimise messaging and strategies for better results.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to align copy and brand strategies with overall business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS


• Graduate / Post Graduate in English / Marketing / Communication / Journalism / Arts & Social Sciences, or related.


• 3 - 5 years of work experience with a brand, or advertising / creative/ media agency, is a must.


• Beyond the aforementioned, should be willing & able to deliver what is expected.

MUST HAVES


• Interest in advertising, marketing strategy, and brand communication.


• Par socio-cultural awareness with strong subject-matter fundamentals.


• Ability to understand briefs, stimulate creative thinking, convey ideas & visualisations.


• Ability to multitask, engage & discuss.


• Strong analytical and critical sensibilities.


• Proficiency in English and Hindi.


• Proficiency in Written and Verbal communication.


• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often

requiring short turnaround times.


• Abreast with the developments in automation & Artificial Intelligence (AI).
