Role Summary

As a Copywriter, you'll be responsible for creating compelling, clear, and strategically sound copy across short-form and long-form formats. This role sits at the heart of our creative team — working closely with designers, strategists, account managers, and senior creatives to bring brand ideas to life across platforms.

Whether it's a digital ad, an Instagram carousel, a blog, or a brochure — you'll be shaping narratives that resonate with audiences and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

Copywriting & Conceptualization

  • Write copy for a variety of formats: social media, digital ads, websites, emailers, brochures, blogs, and more.
  • Collaborate with art directors and designers to ensure copy and visuals work in harmony.
  • Translate briefs into engaging ideas, taglines, scripts, and narratives.

Brand Voice & Messaging

  • Maintain and evolve a consistent tone of voice for each brand you work on.
  • Adapt writing style to suit different target audiences and campaign goals.
  • Work on copy revisions based on feedback while staying true to the core idea.

Long-Form & Content Marketing

  • Research and write long-form content such as blogs, whitepapers, e-books, and website articles.
  • Work closely with strategists and SEO teams to integrate keywords and structure content effectively.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work with account managers to understand client needs, project timelines, and deliverables.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to pitch ideas and campaign concepts.
  • Coordinate with editors and proofreaders to maintain content quality and accuracy.

Key Qualifications

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a digital or integrated advertising agency.
  • Portfolio showcasing a mix of short-form, long-form, and campaign-based work.
  • Strong grasp of content strategy, storytelling, and audience-first writing.
  • Comfort with juggling multiple brands, deadlines, and formats.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and ability to write SEO-driven copy and content that performs.
