Position Name Sr.Manager

Department Modular sales

Reports to GM-Modular

Salary: 12-15 lpa

Experience- Min 8 yrs in Modular Segment

Develop Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies tailored to

the modular products, aligning with the company overall business objectives.

Lead Sales Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team specialized in

modular solutions.

Performance Management: Set clear performance regular evaluations, and provide

constructive feedback to ensure team targets are met.

Identify Opportunities: Seek out new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels

to expand the reach of modular products through Architects, Builders.

Client Acquisition: Develop strategies to acquire new clients, including outreach initiatives,

networking, and attending industry events.

Negotiation and Closing: Lead complex negotiations with key clients and close high-value

deals to drive revenue growth.

Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key

clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

In-depth Understanding: Possess comprehensive knowledge of the modular products,

including features, benefits, and applications.

Training and Education: Ensure the sales team is well-versed in product details and can

effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry advancements and emerging technologies related

to modular systems to maintain a competitive edge.

Revenue Tracking: Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze variances, and

implement corrective actions as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
