Role Description

This is a
full-time on-site
role for an Architectural Draftsman/Draftswomen. The position is located in
Kakkanad, Kochi
. The Architectural Draftsman/Draftswomen will be responsible for creating architectural drawings, planning and preparing construction drawings, and interpreting designs and layouts. Daily tasks include collaborating with architects and engineers, ensuring accuracy in the drawings, and adhering to both company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings.
  • Should have a strong knowledge in Architecture and Planning principles.
  • Should be able to produce architectural, electrical and

plumbing

  • drawings as per the instructions and reference given.
  • Should be able to generate precise and accurate submission drawings using 'K-SMART' compatible layers as per KMBR/KPBR rules.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Experience in on-site project is a plus
  • Professional degree/diploma/experience in related field is a must.
