We are looking for a skilled Site Supervisor with 2 to 5 years of experience to oversee solar installation projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing site operations and coordinating with subcontractors.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise solar installation projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely project delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential problems or defects.

  • Develop and implement effective quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials.

  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the solar industry.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
