With300+ deployments across 6 continents, we're driving the shift from human-operated to self-driven skies.The Role, Technical, But Customer-FacingYou'll be the go-to engineer who makes sure our global customers actually win with autonomous drones.Not support. Not ticket-jockeying.This is a technical + customer-facing + high-ownership role where you help enterprises deploy, adopt, and scale autonomous operations.You'll work directly with customers across the US, Europe, APAC, LATAM, and the Middle East — guiding them through onboarding, solving technical challenges, and making sure FlytBase becomes mission-critical in their workflows.If you're early in your career, have built robotics/AI/drones during college, and love talking to people as much as you love solving technical problems this is the perfect launchpad.What You'll OwnOnboard customers globally: Walk them through setup, workflows, mission automation, and best practices for autonomy.Solve real technical problems: Dive into logs, APIs, telemetry, integrations, and workflows to diagnose issues and guide resolutions.Drive product adoption: Teach customers how to use FlytBase for real operations — inspections, security, monitoring, emergency response, etc.Run demos + trainings: Lead hands-on walkthroughs with CXOs, field teams, and operators across time zones.Build value-delivery workflows: Create playbooks, checklists, and automation flows that make deployments smooth and repeatable.Become the "voice of the customer": Share feedback with product and engineering to shape roadmaps and new capabilities.Create content customers love: Quick guides, how-to videos, docs, FAQs — all AI-accelerated.Use AI every day: Debug, summarize customer histories, automate responses, and scale your execution with tools like ChatGPT & Claude.Who Thrives HereFreshers or early-career engineers (
