Role & responsibilities : Senior Design

  • Good knowledge in Engine Design and Development.
  • Good in Designing of Diesel Engines (Engine 5C components, Intake, Exhaust, Oil circuit, Cooling circuit)
  • Good in performance linked hardware optimisation, understanding of NVH.
  • Able to handle independently for New Design Releases, change based DVP preparation, Establishing RCA against FSC.
  • Interaction with suppliers, Exhaust After treatment selection
  • Understanding of PLM software for product life cycle management,
  • Good command on NX design software,
  • Engine specs finalisation.

Role & responsibilities : Senior Testing In-charge

  • Test bed planning and execution according to project requirement for better test bed utilisation
  • Resource planning, team building, coordination with internal sections for project execution as per schedule.
  • Preparation of project baselines and monitoring the project progress, resource deployment, maintaining and developing safety compliance.
  • Must have good experience of handling AVL PUMA test beds.
  • Must have good experience on CRDI and Mechanical Diesel engine Performance and combustion development, Knowledge of emission compliance.
