Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), located in Faridabad. The Group CFO will oversee and direct financial planning, budgeting, and strategic financial decision-making to support the organization's goals. Responsibilities include managing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, leading financial reporting, analyzing financial data, and providing actionable insights to optimize financial performance. The Group CFO will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives and oversee audit processes and risk management activities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Strong skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and generating reports
- Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and demonstrated Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or a professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA) is preferred
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering financial results
