Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the Audio-Visual (AV) and Electronics products market. The role requires building strong client networks, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth across corporate, institutional, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for AV & electronics products.
  • Generate leads via cold calls, networking, digital platforms, and industry events.
  • Pitch solutions, prepare proposals, and drive deal closures.
  • Client Engagement
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and system integrators.
  • Understand customer requirements and align product offerings to their needs.
  • Ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Development
  • Research competitor activities, pricing, and emerging technologies in AV & electronics.
  • Build partnerships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Sales Coordination
  • Work closely with technical and marketing teams for solution demos and presentations.
  • Track opportunities and maintain CRM reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of AV systems, displays, conferencing solutions, or electronics products.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in Business, Electronics, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of sales/business development experience in AV, IT, or Electronics industry.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and passion for sales in AV/electronics may also apply.
