Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the Audio-Visual (AV) and Electronics products market. The role requires building strong client networks, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth across corporate, institutional, and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for AV & electronics products.
- Generate leads via cold calls, networking, digital platforms, and industry events.
- Pitch solutions, prepare proposals, and drive deal closures.
- Client Engagement
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and system integrators.
- Understand customer requirements and align product offerings to their needs.
- Ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Market Development
- Research competitor activities, pricing, and emerging technologies in AV & electronics.
- Build partnerships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and promotional events.
- Sales Coordination
- Work closely with technical and marketing teams for solution demos and presentations.
- Track opportunities and maintain CRM reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of AV systems, displays, conferencing solutions, or electronics products.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Business, Electronics, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–6 years of sales/business development experience in AV, IT, or Electronics industry.
- Freshers with excellent communication and passion for sales in AV/electronics may also apply.
