Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Catalog Associate located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include managing and updating the product catalog, ensuring information accuracy, conducting research to maintain comprehensive product details, and monitoring data consistency. The role also involves quality control for catalog content and effective communication with team members and vendors to support the e-commerce platform and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate data effectively
  • Proficient Communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Experience in Quality Control and maintaining data consistency
  • Familiarity with E-Commerce operations and catalog management processes
  • Research capabilities for updating and maintaining accurate product information
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in food or logistics industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
