Job descriptionJob Purpose:- The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring secretarial compliances, RERA compliance, and promoter investment management for the organization, ensuring that the company adheres to all regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of corporate governance. Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws and regulations. Research and analyse changes in laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that compliance is integrated into business operations. Manage and maintain statutory records, registers, and documents. Ensure that all records, registers, and documents are accurate, complete, and up to date.

Conduct regular audits to ensure that records, registers, and documents are properly maintained. Coordinate with auditors, lawyers, and other professionals for secretarial compliances. Ensure that all secretarial compliances are properly executed.

Collaborate with auditors, lawyers, and other professionals to ensure that compliances are properly implemented. Ensure RERA compliance, including registration, reporting, and recordkeeping. Research and analyse changes in RERA regulations to ensure compliance.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that RERA compliance is integrated into business operations. Coordinate with promoters for investment related matters, including documentation and compliance. Ensure that all investment related matters are properly documented and compliant with regulations.

Collaborate with promoters and other stakeholders to ensure that investment related matters are properly executed. Provide secretarial support to the Board of Directors and Committees. Ensure that all meetings are properly convened and minuted.

Collaborate with the Board of Directors and Committees to ensure that all decisions are properly implemented. Ensure timely filing of forms and returns with regulatory authorities. Research and analyse changes in regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all forms and returns are properly filed. Manage and maintain compliance calendars and trackers. Ensure that all compliance deadlines are properly tracked and met.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all compliance requirements are properly implemented. Provide training and guidance to employees on secretarial compliances. Ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with secretarial requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

ExperienceMinimum 8-10 years of experience as a Company Secretary or in a related role. Experience in secretarial compliances, RERA compliance, trademark management, and promoter investment management. Key Behavioural CompetenciesIntegrity and professionalism.

Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
