Roles and Responsibilities:

Creation of bulk campus offers ensuring accuracy and consistency in the offer details

Releasing offer letters and managing acceptance process on the ATS (Oleo) tool

Tracking the offer statues and deadline to ensure timely follow ups

Identifying areas for process improvement to streamline the offer management process

Documentation & upload of the required details on the tool/ folder

Offer SOP updates & hosting training as & when required

Ability to test the new feature enhancement of the ATS tool in case of any new release.

Desired Skills and Experience:

1-3 years of experience preferably is talent acquisition space

Attention to details, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in fast paced environment.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Proficiency in using Applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Outlook.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- Oleeo and/or other HR software is often required.
