Front Office Executive cum Admin

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Coordinator to join our team in Ahmedabad.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain databases
* Generate leads through cold calling and various other channels
* Attend seminars, expos, and events to network with potential customers
* Prepare and submit quotations to potential and existing customers
* Follow up with clients to close orders and secure payments
* Negotiate with potential and existing customers to finalize business deals
* Compile budget vs. achievement presentations for sales meetings
* Support the Sales Director in sales-related activities
* Execute promotional activities, both in person and on social media, and update website content
* Prepare MIS reports
Skills and Experience:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
* Proficiency in MS Office
* 1-2 years of experience; freshers are also encouraged to apply
* Proficiency in Email Communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
