Job Title: Quality Assurance/IPQA Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance/IPQA to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to cGMP compliance, supervising production and store departments, and conducting in-process quality checks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cGMP compliance and adherence to SOPs
  • Supervise production and store departments
  • Conduct in-process quality checks and documentation
  • Verify dispensing activities and line clearance
  • Facilitate training sessions and collaborate with departments
  • Manage Pharma Cloud work orders and conduct impact assessments
  • Ensure audit compliance and participate in internal and external audits
  • Update daily task reports and perform other tasks as assigned
  • Maintain accurate records of all quality-related activities and documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by implementing CAPAs for deviations and market complaints.
  • Conduct quality assurance activities such as BPR review, batch release, line clearance, equipment validation, cleaning validation, process validation, formulation, SOP preparation, data validation, IPQA, audit compliance, GDC management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Sciences, or related field

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and quality control procedures

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing priorities

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and regulations

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 0-5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry

  • Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Sciences, or related field

  • Certification in quality assurance or a related field is an added advantage
