Skilled Labourer

**Production Worker**:

- Operate production machinery and equipment to manufacture food or consumer goods.
- Follow standardized procedures and recipes to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency and meet production targets.
- Perform quality checks on products and packaging materials.
- Assist with cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a hygienic production environment.
- **Packaging Operator**:

- Package finished products according to packaging specifications and requirements.
- Operate packaging machinery such as filling machines, sealing machines, and labeling equipment.
- Ensure proper labeling and coding of products.
- Monitor packaging line for efficiency and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of packaging area.
- **Warehouse Worker**:

- Receive, store, and organize incoming raw materials, ingredients, and finished products in the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment to customers or distribution centers.
- Use material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials within the warehouse.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
- **Distribution/Logistics Associate**:

- Load and unload trucks or containers with incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare shipping documentation and labels.
- Assist with order picking, packing, and staging for outbound shipments.
- Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment of customer orders.
- **Sanitation Worker**:

- Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and facilities according to standard procedures.
- Disassemble and reassemble equipment for thorough cleaning.
- Use cleaning chemicals and sanitizers safely and effectively.
- Follow hygiene and safety protocols to prevent contamination of food or consumer goods.
- Maintain cleanliness in production areas to meet regulatory standards.
- **Quality Assurance Technician**:

- Conduct inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Perform sensory evaluations, visual inspections, and measurements to assess product quality.
- Document inspection results and report any deviations or non-conformities.
- Assist with troubleshooting quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards.

Note : we have required freshers 10th & more skilled Laborer for production industry

**How to Apply**:*

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
