Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Architect with expertise in healthcare architecture, including hospital design, medical planning, and large-scale medical clinics. The role involves coordinating with MEP, Structural, and medical consultants, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and leading a small team (5-6 people). Candidates must have completed at least one full project cycle and possess strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the design and planning of hospital projects, ensuring optimal functionality, efficiency, and patient-centric design.

-Work closely with healthcare planners, medical consultants, and hospital administrators to understand specific requirements for clinical and non-clinical spaces.

-Coordinate with MEP, Structural, HVAC, and medical equipment consultants to integrate specialized hospital infrastructure (e.g., HVAC zoning, medical gas pipelines, infection control measures).

-Ensure compliance with healthcare facility guidelines (e.g., NABH, JCI, or other local/international standards).

-Oversee project documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance related to healthcare architecture.

-Design interiors for hospitals and large-scale medical clinics, considering patient flow, infection control, and accessibility.

-Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design challenges, and ensure adherence to medical planning standards.

-Manage and mentor a team of junior architects and interns.

-Experience in hospital renovation and expansion projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

-Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in healthcare architecture.

-Proven experience in medical planning, hospital interiors, and large-scale healthcare facilities.

-Strong understanding of hospital workflows, sterile zoning, and patient circulation.

-Experience coordinating with hospital administrators, medical consultants, and engineering teams.

-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.

-Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
