We are looking for a right-brained Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction.

You will be involved in new project from the earliest stages right through to completion. Keywords: Senior Architect / Architect (with ARCHICAD / Revit proficiency)

We are looking for a right-brained Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction.

You will be involved in Residential interior from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs Responsibilities Be part of the project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design. Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact Support to Compile project specifications Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents Support team leader to ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals

Follow architectural trends and advancements Talking to suppliers / vendors to and understand new products. Reporting to the team leader by giving accurate project status, issues if any. Requirements and skills Proven working experience of 2 to 10 years as an Architect Good skills to prepare Space planning as per client’s requirement. Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards. Basic knowledge of services like HVAC, Electrical, FAS, Security, Structure. Knowledge of Green Design practises.. Knowledge in govt. rules and regulations like CIDCO, NMMC, MSRDC, MMRDA and Panvel Muncipal Corporation etc Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions Visual awareness and an eye for detail Good in communication. degree in Architecture Organised and problem solver attitude. Hunger to learn every aspect of project.
