**Key Responsibilities**:
Analyze feasibility reports focusing on Floor Space Index (FSI) and Built-Up Area (BUA).

Prepare and assist in comprehensive due diligence reports for real estate projects.

Evaluate development potential of plots based on applicable Development Control (DC) rules and design regulations.

Review and analyze project development potential to ensure regulatory compliance.

Coordinate with developers, clients, and internal teams for data collection and verification. Assist in preparing technical due diligence reports.

Ensure architectural drawings comply with all applicable regulations.

**Qualifications**:
Graduate in Architecture (B.Arch) with at least 3 years of relevant experience in architecture or real estate.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.

Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
