  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell waterproofing services to customers (Engineers and Contractors).
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide expert advice.
  • Meet sales targets and maintain CRM records.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Conduct property inspections to assess waterproofing needs and prepare tailored solutions for clients.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and follow-ups to achieve business targets.
  • Deliver detailed sales presentations and product demonstrations to homeowners, contractors, and professionals.
  • Prepare and provide accurate quotes and proposals for services.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery and installation.
  • Maintain detailed sales records in the CRM, tracking all client interactions and sales progress.
  • Build ongoing relationships with customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on new waterproofing products, industry trends, and market competition.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and company marketing activities to represent the shop and grow brand awareness.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven sales experience (preferably in home improvement or construction).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge of waterproofing products (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
