Job Title: General Manager (GM)

Job Summary:

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization or business unit, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth. The GM provides strategic direction, manages resources, and leads cross-functional teams to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and staff.
  • Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Operational Management
  • Oversee daily operations across all departments (e.g., sales, marketing, HR, finance, operations).
  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Financial Oversight
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to drive profitability.
  • Manage costs and optimize resource allocation.
  • Business Development
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Represent the company in negotiations and public forums.
  • Human Resources
  • Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and staff development.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and productive workplace.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
